VANCOUVER – Young people are fed up, and are calling for change.
“So many elected officials are completely out of touch. They don’t know what we’re going through right now, they don’t understand the tools we use to talk, share news, and keep updated on important issues”, says blogger James Smith (aka SocialDad.ca).
Saying nothing for the pressures on young people of affordability, housing options, underemployment, rising costs, and falling real wages. It’s enough to make every young person scream FML! at least once a week. Something has to be done.
“We need a new energy, new enthusiasm, new understanding, and new passion,” says Smith. “FML doesn’t have to be the feeling of giving up.”
It’s time to redefineFML. Support the Forum for Millennial Leadership (FML). And, help #ElectMillennials.
